18A:37-15.2 Actions required relative to bullying policy. 8. Within 60 days of the effective date of this section each school district shall amend its bullying policy in accordance with section 3 of P.L.2002, c.83 (C.18A:37-15) as amended by section 7 of P.L.2007, c.303, make the policy available on the district's website, and notify students and parents that the policy is available on the district's website.
