18A:39-32 Report to Governor, Legislature. 2. The commissioner shall evaluate the impact of school bus advertising and report on the evaluation to the Governor, and to the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), no later than one year following the effective date of this act and annually thereafter. The report shall include the number of school districts which permit the advertising and the fiscal benefits derived therefrom. L.2010, c.121, s.2.
