18A:3B-25. Functions, powers, duties under P.L.1984, c.99 transferred 25. The functions, powers and duties of the State Board of Higher Education under the 'Jobs, Science and Technology Bond Act,' P.L.1984, c.99 shall, following July 1, 1994, be exercised by the New Jersey Commission on Higher Education. Any final action taken by the State Board of Higher Education prior to July 1, 1994 under this bond act shall be unaffected by the provisions of P.L.1994, c.48 (C.18A:3B-1 et al.) and is hereby ratified and confirmed. Regulations of the State Board of Higher Education concerning this bond act shall be continued under authority of the commission until amended or repealed by the commission. L.1994,c.48,s.25.
