18A:3B-5. Termination of offices, terms 5. The offices and terms of the Chancellor of Higher Education, vice-chancellor, the assistant chancellors and the directors of the various divisions and offices of the Department of Higher Education, except as herein otherwise provided, shall terminate upon the effective date of this act.
