18A:3B-97 Rules, regulations. 13. The Secretary of Higher Education shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of sections 6 through 12 of P.L.2021, c.27 (C.18A:3B-90 through C.18A:3B-96).
