§ 18a-4-3

18A:4-3. Membership qualifications 18A:4-3. The State Board of Education shall consist of 13 members who shall be citizens of the State who have resided therein for not less than five years immediately preceding their appointment, not less than three of whom shall be women and not more than one of whom shall be appointed from the residents of any one county.
