18A:4-41. Waiving of certain requirements 9. The commissioner or the Director of the Division of Local Government Services, in the Department of Community Affairs, as appropriate, is authorized, for those school districts issuing bonds pursuant to this 1993 amendatory and supplementary act, to waive the requirement imposed pursuant to N.J.S.18A:24-46 or N.J.S.40A:2-29, as the case may be, that school districts issue those bonds at not less than par value.
