18A:40-17. Equipment, materials and services for tuberculosis test The board may provide at its expense the equipment, materials, and services necessary to make such determination, or it may contract to use for that purpose, with or without financial reimbursement, the equipment, materials, and services available through a hospital or public health agency approved by the State Department of Health.
