18A:40-27.1 Provision of nursing services to preschool pupil in nonpublic schools, certain circumstances. 1. The nursing services provided pursuant to P.L.1991, c.226 (C.18A:40-23 et seq.) may also include, in the event of an emergency, the provision of nursing services to a preschool pupil enrolled in the nonpublic school.
