18A:40-40 Report to Governor, Legislature. 6. No later than June 30 of the third school year following the enactment of the pilot program, the commissioner shall submit to the Governor and the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1) a report that evaluates the effectiveness of the pilot program in reducing the number of students classified as in need of special education programs and services. The report shall include a recommendation on the advisability of the program's continuation and extension to additional school districts. L.2007,c.122,c.6.
