18A:46-18.6 Rules, regulations. 5. The Commissioner of Human Services, the Commissioner of Children and Families, and the Commissioner of Corrections shall adopt, within six months from the date that this act takes effect, rules and regulations in accordance with the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) that are appropriate to implement this act.
