18A:46-40. Estimate of general fund expenses 12. On or before the fourth Tuesday in March in each year the board of education of a county special services school district shall prepare and deliver to each member of the board of school estimate an itemized statement of the amount of money estimated to be necessary for the general fund expenses of the county special services school district for the ensuing school year.
