18A:49-8. Payment of expenses The expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this chapter shall be paid by the state treasurer on the warrant of the director of the division of budget and accounting. No expense shall be incurred nor payment made for any of the purposes named in this chapter until an appropriation therefor shall have been made. L.1967, c.271.
