18A:54-23.1. Receiving pupils from other counties; county vocational school districts with post secondary vocational-technical education Every county vocational school district board of education providing post secondary vocational-technical education shall, to the extent its facilities permit and subject to rules prescribed by the commissioner and approved by the State board, accept for post secondary vocational-technical education students who are residents of any other county in the State.
