18A:54-28. Estimate by board of education of general fund expenses 18A:54-28. On or before the fourth Tuesday in March in each year the board of education of a county vocational school district shall prepare and deliver to each member of the board of school estimate an itemized statement of the amount of money estimated to be necessary for the general fund expenses of the county vocational school district for the ensuing school year. The board of education shall follow the procedures established in section 5 of P.L.1996, c.138 (C.18A:7F-5).
