18A:54-39. Membership of the council 2. The council shall consist of the president of the board of education and the superintendent of each county vocational school which is a member of the council. A board of education president may designate another member of the board as an alternate to attend and to vote at council meetings in the president's absence. A member of the council shall serve without compensation but may be reimbursed for all reasonable and necessary expenses. L.1993,c.302,s.2.
