18A:54B-2. Tuition; rules and regulations For the purpose of providing enrichment programs in public schools boards of education may charge tuition for students to attend such noncredit courses subject to rules and regulations promulgated by the State board. L.1979, c. 104, s. 2, eff. May 31, 1979.
