18A:54D-4. Annual reports Within one year after the effective date of this act, and annually thereafter, the Commissioners of Education and Labor each shall report to the Legislature on the actions taken by their respective departments pursuant to this act and provide to the Legislature the most recent available data on the participation of minorities and women in training programs for technical trades in New Jersey.
