18A:58-37. Allocation and distribution of federal and state funds Said combined funds shall be allocated and distributed pursuant to applicable federal and state statutes and rules and regulations thereunder, including rules and regulations of the state board; provided, however, that, to the extent said combined funds are sufficient, and insofar as same is permitted by federal law, the allocation of said combined state and federal funds shall be made in such amounts and over such periods of time so as to pay for, or reimburse, one half of the total cost incurred by county vocational school districts or by a local school district in constructing and equipping or either thereof of area vocational school facilities.
