§ 18a-59-5

18A:59-5. State board empowered to act The state board is hereby designated as the state board for the purposes of said act of congress, and shall cooperate, as in the act provided, with the federal board for vocational education in the administration of the provisions thereof. The state board shall do all that is or may be required to secure for the state of New Jersey the benefits of appropriations under the act of congress for all purposes specified therein.
