18A:6-61. Body corporate The board of directors shall be a body corporate, and shall be known as 'the board of directors of ..................... ' (here shall be inserted a suitable name to be adopted by the board of directors with the approval of the State Board of Education, but such name shall contain at least the words 'Educational Services Commission)'. The board of directors may purchase, lease-purchase or lease personal or real property in accordance with rules and regulations to be adopted by the State board of education.
