§ 18a-6-96-1

18A:6-96.1. Transfer of board; term The board of the Educational Improvement Center-South shall become the board of the educational improvement and resource center as of the effective date of this act, and each member shall continue in office until the expiration of his respective term and the qualification in office of his successor.
