18A:61C-6. Contents of program The program shall consist of at least the following: a. Procedures for institutions of higher education and local districts who wish to enroll in the program; b. Procedures for pupils who wish to enroll in the program, including procedures to insure that no student who is academically eligible shall be excluded from participation in college courses offered on high school campuses because of inability to pay; c. Requirements prescribing minimum qualifications a teacher shall possess as a condition for enrollment in the program. L. 1986, c. 193, s. 3, eff. Dec. 17, 1986.
