18A:61E-8 Organization, meetings. 2. The commission shall organize as soon as practicable following the appointment of its members, which shall take place between 30 and 60 days after the issuance of the final report of the Working Group on Safe and Inclusive Learning Environments established pursuant to Executive Order No. 61 of 2019. The commission shall choose a chairperson from among its members and shall appoint a secretary who need not be a member of the commission. The commission shall meet quarterly, at a minimum.
