18A:62-21 Review of guidelines, procedures. 6. The Commission on Higher Education shall review the guidelines and procedures developed by the institutions, in conjunction with the agencies or organizations sponsoring literacy tutoring programs, to provide assistance in making the guidelines and procedures the same for all participating institutions.
