18A:62-7. Annual report The Chancellor of Higher Education shall include in his annual report to the Governor and the Legislature, pursuant to N.J.S. 18A:3-21, a section detailing the extent of violence and hazing in the institutions of higher education, explaining the measures being taken to counter the problem, and making recommendations to alleviate the problem.
