§ 18a-64-27

18A:64-27. Definitions As used in this act: a. 'College' means any State or county college. b. 'Auxiliary organization' means an organization, subject to the provisions of this act, that performs selected functions or operations of a college while maintaining an identity distinct from that of the college.
