18A:64-50 Purposes of association. 6. The association shall encourage and aid all movements for the improvement of education at the member institutions and shall make recommendations to the Governor, Legislature, Commission on Higher Education and Presidents' Council regarding the coordination of the member institutions on matters of mutual interest and concern.
