18A:64-92 Appropriation, payment, funds, premiums. 7. Funds for premiums required by the contract between the governing body of the four-year public institution of higher education and the board of trustees of the public college risk management group shall be appropriated and paid as set forth in the contract in the same manner as appropriations are made for other expenses of the four-year public institution of higher education.
