18A:64A-11. Boards of trustees bodies corporate; designation, custody and responsibility for property and management and control of college; annual report 18A:64A-11. The board of trustees shall be a body corporate and shall be known as the 'board of trustees of ........' (here insert the name of the county college). The board of trustees shall have custody of and be responsible for the property of the college and shall be responsible for the management and control of said college.
