§ 18a-64a-23-3

18A:64A-23.3. Eligibility for continued participation in program In order to remain eligible for participation in this program, the unemployed worker shall be required to maintain a passing grade in the job training course in which he is enrolled. L.1983, c. 470, s. 3, eff. Jan. 12, 1984.
