18A:64A-28.4. Improvement of county college education 8. The council shall encourage and aid movements which it deems necessary for the improvement of county college education and shall, from time to time, make recommendations to the Governor, Legislature and Commission on Higher Education regarding the coordination of the county colleges on matters of mutual interest and concern.
