18A:64E-25. Official acts preserved 14. The enactment and adoption of this act shall not, of itself, affect the official, operational or organizational status of any officer of the university or any and all outstanding authorizations of any officer, agent or employee, to take specified action, or any and all outstanding commitments or undertakings of or by the university, except and only to the extent that any of the same may be inconsistent with this act.
