18A:64E-28. References mean New Jersey Institute of Technology 17. Whenever in any law, rule, regulation, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the New Jersey Institute of Technology, the same shall mean and refer to the New Jersey Institute of Technology, herein referred to as 'university,' established as a public institution of higher education pursuant to the provisions of this act.
