18A:64E-33 NJIT may enter into private partnerships agreements under certain circumstances. 4. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 43 of P.L.2009, c.90 (C.18A:64-85) to the contrary, the New Jersey Institute of Technology may enter into a public-private partnership agreement in accordance with the provisions of that section.
