§ 18a-64g-26

18A:64G-26. Effect upon pending actions or proceedings This act shall not affect actions or proceedings, civil or criminal, brought by or against the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry, but such actions, or proceedings may be prosecuted or defended in the same manner and to the same effect by the College of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, as if the foregoing provisions had not taken effect; nor shall any of the foregoing provisions affect any order or regulation made by, or other matters or proceedings before, the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry, and all such matters or proceedings pending before the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry on the effective date of this act shall be continued by the College of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, as if the foregoing provisions had not taken effect.
