18A:64I-4. Stokes state forest reserve; responsibility of division of parks, forestry and recreation The Division of Parks, Forestry and Recreation in the Department of Environmental Protection shall retain responsibility for the care, management and preservation of the Stokes State Forest reserve as provided for other State forest reserves by P.L.1966, c. 54, section 2 (C. 13:1B-15.101).
