18A:64J-43. Duties of director The participating institutions, through the director, shall: a. Administer and operate the center; b. Appoint, remove and transfer personnel; c. Establish programs in the center to promote polymer processing and surface modification research and industries; and d. Take all action necessary and proper for the operation of the center.
