18A:64K-1. Northwest New Jersey Regional Women's Center There is created at Centenary College in Hackettstown, New Jersey a center to be known as the Northwest New Jersey Regional Women's Center. It shall be the purpose of the center to offer educational programs and counseling, continuing education courses, career planning and placement services and access to cultural programs to women of all ages and all backgrounds who are New Jersey residents.
