18A:64M-21 References refer to Rowan University. 53. Whenever in any law, rule, regulation, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to Rowan University, the same shall mean and refer to Rowan University, herein referred to as 'university,' established as a public research university pursuant to the provisions of this act.
