18A:64M-23 Governor of contract claims, suits. 55. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of the 'New Jersey Contractual Liability Act' (N.J.S.59:13-1 et seq.) to the contrary, contract claims and suits against the university shall be governed by that act. L.2012, c.45, s.55.
