18A:64M-36 Certain properties transferred. 13. Notwithstanding the provisions of Reorganization Plan No. 002-2009 to the contrary, the properties referenced in paragraph 2b.ii of the plan are hereby transferred from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey to Rowan University without monetary or other consideration on or before September 1, 2013.
