18A:64M-41 Pledge, covenant with bond holders. 140. The State of New Jersey does hereby pledge to and covenant and agree with the holders of any bonds heretofore issued and outstanding pursuant to a bond resolution of Rutgers, The State University or Rowan University that the entities established pursuant to this act shall abide by and otherwise fulfill the terms of any agreement, covenant, or indenture made by Rutgers, The State University to its bond holders and Rowan University to its bond holders, and will not in any way impair the rights or remedies of such holders.
