18A:64N-10 Public-private partnership agreements. 10. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 43 of P.L.2009, c.90 (C.18A:64-85) to the contrary, the university may enter into a public-private partnership agreement in accordance with the provisions of that section. L.2017, c.178, s.10.
