18A:64N-33 Rights, obligations of employers, employees unaffected. 33. Nothing in P.L.2017, c.178 (C.18A:64N-1 et al.) shall be construed to modify or contravene the rights and obligations of employers or employees under the 'New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act,' P.L.1941, c.100 (C.34:13A-1 et seq.).
