18A:64O-23 Reference to public research university. 23. Whenever in any law, rule, regulation, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to Kean University, the same shall mean and refer to Kean University, herein referred to as 'university,' established as a public urban research university pursuant to the provisions of this act.
