18A:64O-25 Governance of contract claims and suits. 25. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of the 'New Jersey Contractual Liability Act' (N.J.S.59:13-1 et seq.) to the contrary, contract claims and suits against the university shall be governed by that act. L.2021, c.282, s.25.
