18A:64O-3 Designation as public research university. 3. As used in this act 'Kean University,' hereinafter referred to as 'university,' shall, unless the context clearly indicates to the contrary, include and mean the public urban research university herein designated 'Kean University' as presently and hereafter constituted, including all departments, colleges, schools, centers, branches, educational and other units and extensions thereof, extension and cooperative education programs, continuing education programs and all other departments of higher education maintained by the educational entity of the university.
