18A:65-33.1. Care, custody and control of State property 18A:65-33.1. The corporation shall have the care, custody and control of such property as the State now has or shall hereafter acquire at the university, subject to the visitorial powers of the Chairman of the Commission on Higher Education at the request of the Governor.
