§ 18a-65-33-5

18A:65-33.5. Subject to local requirements Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary and except with regard to facilities which are directly related to the provision of educational services, any development of real property held by the Board of Governors of Rutgers, The State University or held by the State and in the custody of the university, shall be subject to local land use planning and zoning requirements.
